Question
Task: Why is the request for adding the Northern Comfort Saloon and CNE Bandshell stages to the electrical upgrade project at Canadian National Exhibition declined, and what alternative approach is suggested?
Answer
Subject: Re: Electrical upgrade project addition
Dear Aiden Sivo,
We appreciate you contacting us and asking that the NorthernComfort Saloon and CNE Bandshell stages be added to the scope of the electrical upgrading project at the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE). We cherish our long-standing working relationship and your trust in our services.
We are powerless towards fulfilling your request for the following reasons:
Our teams are fully booked in the early spring time due to several ongoing obligations and initiatives. Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not have the resources to dedicate to the additional phases. For the initial project, we have already made orders for the essential components and special order items, and manufacturing is presently under progress. The addition of two additional phases would materially alter our schedule and jeopardise the timely delivery of the finished product by the deadline of the opening weekend on June 1st. We are currently working on the Mid Way stage renovation project, our highly qualified workforce is totally committed to seeing it through to completion. We are unable to designate more personnel to handle the additional phases simultaneously due to the project's magnitude and complexity.
We are aware of how critical it is for the CNE to generate as much money as possible throughout the summer. However, given our present obligations and constraints, it would be impossible for us to complete the additional work by the deadline.
Moving forward, we advise concentrating our efforts on finishing the Mid Way stage to the greatest standards because it is the primary attraction and carries a lot of significance. By assuring its success, it will act as a showcase for prospective enhancements to further stages in the future. We may then discuss and plan future enhancements for the NorthernComfort Saloon and CNE Bandshell stages for the upcoming season once the Mid Way stage renovation is finished.
Thank you for your cooperation and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any more queries or need clarification. We are grateful for our cooperation with the CNE and will continue to deliver top-notch electrical services.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
Jack
