Introduction: The communication provides a wide scope for integrating the methods of conveying the information to various people. The alignment of communication and understanding the methods of communicating the required information to the authentic person.

The communication has been largely used by many business organizations for easing the profound management of the activities. The alignment of the activities would take care of the effective listing of the performance based management and operations execution. I have made the essay as a form of summary of the learnings for the 10 weeks of study.

The essay comprises of three sections name introduction, explanation of main contents, and conclusion. The introduction would provide a jest of topic of communication and contents of the essay. I have included the summary of the ten weeks of study in week wise structure. The aspiration of the cohesive development of the communication and its weekly learning throughout the course has been summarized below by me.

I have provided an overview of the essay contents in the conclusion section and have added a synopsis for deploying the management of the innovative works. The role of communication has been provided in the literature review of the communication methods. It would help me in getting more information on the studied topic (Schön, 2017).

Main Body: Communication has been defined professionally as the communication process that has been intentionally initiated for achievement of the strategic goals in context of the information alignment and development. I have learnt that communication can be understood as a method (verbal or non-verbal) information listing for easing the continuation of the professional competence and deployment of the successful information conversation. In this week, I have learnt about the ethical communication, purpose of communication, business communication, and models of communication. The various models of communication have been understood by me in this week and it would help in building the methods for successful communication.

In the second week, we studied about the non-verbal communication, relationship between the verbal and the method of non-verbal communication, proxemics, expectancy violation theory, kinesics, paralanguage, and purpose of non-verbal communication. The selected theme is non-verbal communication. The non-verbal communication would be implied with the listing of the information sharing between two or more parties without the utilization of the words. The relationship between verbal and non-verbal communication lies on the factors of repeating, substituting, complementing, accenting, and regulating. The communication methodologies would be marked with the information and the development of the successful listing of information management. The verbal and non-verbal communication would be implied with the continuation of the informed management.

The third week has been aligned for making us inform about the business communication, communication genres, employment letters and manuals. The selected theme is introduction to written communication. The written communication medias would be helpful for easing the listing of the operations for information sharing using written communication. The third week would be responsible for the deployment of the effective and smart conveyance of the information and forming the cohesive manual report. In the fourth week, we studied about the academic documentation for easing the continuation of the formation of the effective and smart documentation for the users. The concept of formation of the sentences, paragraphs, references, and plagiarism has been identified and explained in this week. In the fifth week, our focus shifted to development of the specific literature review, and self-reflective essays.
