1.0 Introduction
The business plan prepared herein project proposal assignment has the purpose to create an NGO in Lagos through website and social media. The purpose of creating the NGO is to educate the employees as well as the employers for identifying the wage theft and its effects on the organisations. Through the social media and website, employees will be educated on wage theft and so the employers regarding the effects of this on growth and development of the organisation. It is regarding creating training for the managerial staff and the top executives to identify wage theft and how it can affect general employee satisfaction, motivation, and loyalty within the workplace. The study identifies the literature on wage theft and research to implement future development and strategy to mitigate this issue.

2.0 Literature Review
2.1 Concept of wage theft

According to Olusanya and Adewumi (2018), wage theft is considered when the employer does not pay the minimum monetary amount or entitlements that are agreed to award the employees who work under them. Sometimes, it happens by mistake but it is a deliberate action most of the time that is taken by the higher authority to steal money from the employees who are lawfully and rightly entitled to gain. There are several laws around compliance, payment cost and labour cost so that the employers cannot take it as their advantage. It occurs when the employers are not willing to pay their staff correct wages and award on which the staffs are entitled.

Moreover, there are several consequences among the staff of wage theft such as misinterpretation of workplace environment, workplace regulations, loyalty, demoralisation, mental stress and others (Salloum et al. 2019). Most instances of less payment are a result of employee turnover and slow growth of the organisations. It influences the staff regarding price, payment and identifying reliable entitlements for getting their rights. On the other hand, the consequences for employers are regarding underpayment and a crime that can be taken against that employer. It influences the businesses towards negative ways and criminal offences. The fair work act is maintained by most of the countries to identify internal floors and experienced HR consultation to identify the issues and mitigate properly.

2.2 Application of websites and social media
Social media platforms and websites have a crucial role in modern society to serve the people worldwide. As opined by Kircaburun et al. (2020), social media platforms are used for successful learning and training with tech and media savvy contexts. Virtual onboarding, building team work, introducing the instructor and training content, engaging the learners to share knowledge, capturing real time feedback, connecting with the learners directly, making resources, keeping the momentum after post sessions and taking feedback are the steps to introduce the training sessions for delivering the content. The social media apps can be Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, QQ, Sino Weibo and others. To introduce the learning and training for the managerial staff, this social media platform can be effective for any purpose.

2.3 Technology acceptance model
Technology acceptance model is a system on which the users accept and use any technology. This theory identifies the stages of external variables, perceived usefulness and perceived use that include behavioural intention and actual system use (Salloum et al. 2019). The below images describe this.

(Source: Davis, 1989)

In addition, the learners for the training session will identify the external variables regarding the wage theft and the reasons that can influence their motivation, job satisfaction and loyalty for perceived usefulness and ease of use. After that, the social platforms will be easy for the actual system implementation when the staff as well as the managers can interact with each other regarding wage theft (Gupta et al. 2018).

3.0 Primary Research
3.1 QOL (Quality of Life analysis)

Quality of life analysis refers to identifying the wellbeing and relationship with people in a context. Moreover, physical building, relationships with others, social activities and personal development can be included to fulfil the rate of QOL (Dimitrescu et al. 2018). Continuous improvement for wage theft depends on management responsibility, management of resources, product realisation, measurement and analysis.

The above figure identifies how the NGO can implement the training and selection for development of wage management within a workplace. It is significant to take the responsibilities for staff requirements and employers satisfaction regarding the financial management of a company. It defines how the training for organisations in Lagos would be helpful for minimum staff wage and national wage requirements.

·         Nigeria is stable except for the rising cases of vandalism.

·         Funds have been provided by the federal government for assistant paying the workers’ salaries (Oluwakayode,  2017)

Nigeria is facing a huge wage theft. The complaints have been registered dramatically as a wider spread of wage theft throughout the nation. The NGO will have to focus on basic training of how to manage and balance the wages of the employees.

Economic

·         Nigeria has been a mono-economy

·         Local government is not enough for financing the expenditure with capital expenditure.

·         Youth (Chijioke and Amadi, 2019) unemployment rate is 21.5 %.

Due to the unemployment rate and slow GDP, wage theft is a common issue found throughout Nigeria. The NGO will need to determine how the business can focus on a proper financing system with outsourcing.

Social

·         Nigeria is diversified.

·         Average Nigerian spends money on physical appeals and electronics.

Due to the diversification, employers and employees in different industries can face a strong workforce.
