Now, the first idea is providing more staff in particular ‘Donation team representative’ designation for maintaining a trustworthy client base that endures using the facility for aids.

2. c) The main objective is to provide more staff in the ‘Donation team representative’ designation. A new staff selection procedure will be started in the workplace. For the new recruitments have been watched over in the job consultancies who will deliver the efficient candidates for the designation(Darcy et al., 2017).There is advice for upgrading the software in the organization and taking suitable measures to provide training for the new staffs. The plans are establishing a clear reference point, measuring what success means for the team, accepting the rivalry, remembering constructive or harmful outliers and assessing the level of participation.

Also, getting a response from the clients’ feedback arrangements will be established and located at the counter for anybody to fulfil it. These will accessible online for the clients to provide their comments online.

TASK 3: REPORT
Introduction
The report has discussed the Moose Toys manufacturing company in Australia. The company is also referred to as “Moose Enterprises”. The main feature of the company is based on 3Ds Design, Development, and Distribution (Moose Toys, 2021). The revenue of the company is $10 million per annum and it is one of the largest toy manufacturing companiesin Australia. The company has partnered with Collins Key’s YouTube channel, which gives exposure to the company. In the current report, supply chain management and innovative sustainable ideas for the business have been presented. The innovative ideas in the report have also been discussed.

Innovative Ideas
I have two innovative ideas that have been helped to benefit the business are:

  • The productivity of the company should be increased if innovative ideas can be generated in the company. The team members of the company should switch the scheduling of the work (Ko, 2019). The company should highlight the reason for the productivity and it will also increase the efficiency level of the company.
  • Another idea that will benefit the business will be reducing the company turnover rate. The main reason to reduce the turnover is to analyze the company’s data thoroughly which will help to know the reason behind it(Jang & Kandampully, 2018). Moose Toys management should identify the Emotional Quotient of the employees, which can reduce workplace conflicts and decrease the company turnover rate.

Communication Strategies and methods
Communication is one of the important aspects ofa business organization. Effective communication will help to mitigate the conflict of the business and also it can grow the business. In the workplace, through strategic communication skills, the bond between the leaders and employees can be built(Osborne & Hammoud, 2017). Strong communication skills have affected the relationship of the employees and suppliers and customers.

In my opinion, the three types of communication techniques that can be effective:

  • Verbal communication is one of the easy and effective ways to express an opinion and discuss ideas in the organization. Moose Toys can adapt the idea to generate ideas among the employees.
    • Some business settings that can affect verbal communication are:
      • Meetings
      • Conference calls
      • Presentations
      • Business proposal
  • It has been reported that Non-verbal Communication conveys 90% of the messages in the workplace. Through body-language which includes gestures, posture, and movement of the employees the communication can happen.
  • Written communications a common form of interaction method in the workplace. Most of the company uses emails to convey messages among the employees and team.
  • Another form of communicating methods is presentations, newsletters and through business meetings, the messages can be conveyed.

Supply Chain and Product Delivery Systems
The company Moose Toys has been using the Magic xpi Integration Platform to handle most of the integration needs. The integration has developed the complex business process and also optimizes the efficiency level of the organization. The supply chain management process will help the delivery process of the organization. At first, the supply chain process planned out the whole delivering process, and then developed the sourcing of the products, which involves shipping, delivery, and payment of the products.

Internet sales can also increase the supply chain management and delivery process of the company(Cruz-Mejia et al., 2018). It will decrease the time of the delivery. It will help the company multi-items at the same time and customers can get satisfied with the innovative idea.

Continuous Improvement
The company can also develop the goals and objectives to develop the productivity of the company. The goals and objectives will help to know the process of manufacturing and product development process of the company. The objectives and goals can also increase the productivity of the company. In the company, the issues will be sorted out if the communication process among the employees is good. The supply chain management can also improve the strategies of delivering process.

The company can also improve its manufacturing process by identifying the wastage and giving adequate training to the employees. Changing the mindset of the employees can also enable the improvement factors in the organization. Customizing the products can also help to improve the company’s reputation (Trojanowska et al., 2018). It can also increase the efficiency and competitiveness of the company.

Innovative and sustainable Idea
My ideas are innovative because it will help to know about the company’s insights. The objectives and goals will help to know about the initiatives of the company. The idea will sustain the development plan of the company. Innovative ideas can also prevent the employee turnover rate. Through the effective communication process and management strategies, can mitigate the conflict among the employees. Improving the manufacturing process can elevate the supply chain management, which will improve the customer engagement of the company.

Variances
The identified variables in the manufacturing toy industry are employee satisfaction rate, supply chain managing risk and suitable workplace environment, and improper allocation that have a direct connection with workplace conflicts.

Performance report of the employees

In the organization, the execution plan has already been there and the employees are performed in a systematic way. The monitoring plan alsohelps to know about the performance rate of employees.

Risk Management and Cost-Benefit Analysis
For analysing risk factors in a manufacturing company cost-benefit analysis is a systematic evaluation process.
