Answer

Introduction
As per the evidences considered in this education management assignment, it is stated that education has been the prime thing through which individuals can effectively manage their work and can ensure to have better independence in the future. It must be claimed that the individuals of the society should be provided with education by which they can be employed and be stable in the society. However, due to situations and stress from the corporate world, many of the students have opted for online education. The following report will discuss the effectiveness of online education and the way online courses can replace the traditional classroom experience.

Online education
Online education is the process through which individuals are taught about a specific topic through the help of online mediums such as collaborative tools. Many institutes have started this aspect where students from any country can have access to study in a college through the online medium (Palvia et al. 2018). This will be helpful in the organisation as the individuals can effectively identify the time. Online education can be helpful for the students who might be working or have other work but want to pursue the education. This can also be of great help for the researchers by which they can gain better and more effective knowledge on a specific activity.

The college or the institute offers certain period courses that can be availed online with the help of the internet. Moreover, the course materials and the details are shared with the students on the online portals and the collaboration tools through which they can read and go through it at any point of the day. Online education is also helpful for the students as this provides a huge amount of stability and flexibility for the students (Asgari et al. 2021). Moreover, the pandemic was yet another reason for which the majority of the institutes and the colleges have shunned and are now operating in hybrid mode where some students are being asked to come to the college, and some can take the classes online medium (Paudel 2021). This will be helpful through which each of the individuals can ensure to have better stability and can also gain knowledge effectively through it. The risk of virus contraction was increased massively, for which the colleges had to be shut for a temporary period.

Effectiveness of online education
Online education has proven benefits as the individuals do not have to step out of the house through which they can effectively manage the work and can also take care of the needs in their house. Many homemakers who have the knack of studying in college and gaining effective knowledge can also pursue online courses through which they can manage the other work and their studies. The main aspect of online courses is to provide better flexibility (Benabdallah et al. 2021). Many organisations also perform this through which the operational cost can be reduced effectively. The colleges and the university have to ensure that all the students are being equally prioritised through which there can be better stability and a higher student success rate can be gained. However, this process has many other forms of drawbacks through which the students might not be able to get better marks in their studies. The online course depends upon the connection of the internet through which the individuals can attend the sessions. Poor internet connectivity may lead to a loss of time, and the classes will end eventually (Dumford and Miller 2018). The student will have the option of reading it through the library contents. Yet another major challenge that can be faced by the colleges is absenteeism, for which there can be a loss of motivation among the teachers. The students can also simply keep the screen on and do some other things that may cause hard to the career and the employment in the future as they will not have much knowledge to work with (Mirkholikovna 2020). Such issues will lead to improper marks among the individual's posts which they will be blaming the online courses and the faculty.

One of the biggest highlights of an online course is the cost and the benefit. Such courses are quite cheaper and have assured providing help during the job. This will also be helpful through which the individuals can get placed in an organisation. Often the chances of the institute being a fraud are also quite higher through which there can be a huge number of issues with the students as they may get trauma in the future (Dumford and Miller 2018). The screen time of the individuals also tends to increase massively, through which there can be a huge number of challenges among the students. They are also prone to health issues for which they face vision problems. This also makes the students quite tiring as they will be looking for a longer time at the screen. Going to college and attending physical classes will help perform certain physical activities, which keeps the individuals fit and fine at all times (Dumford and Miller 2018). However, the online classes will be making the individuals more relaxed and comfortable, for which they may develop lethargy. The communication among the individuals will also be damaged massively as the online classes will only be connected for the duration of the time, and all the students will have to interact in their ways. This way, the chances of group communication being damaged are extremely high.

To what extent can online courses replace traditional classroom teaching.
Both the two methods of online and traditional learning have their own set of advantages and disadvantages. Many parents prefer traditional methods of learning over an online mode. This is mostly due to the socio-cultural aspect of education, which is not present in online ways. Traditional methods of learning also help the students to get a chance of face-to-face interaction with the tutors. This can be very effective for better opportunities. However, online learning has been in great demand in the present years. It is mostly due to reasons such as:

Better learning time
In recent years, online methods of teaching have taken over. It has been proven to be helpful for certain reasons. In the online form of learning, all the course material are presented to the students, and they can learn it at their own pace and without any time restrictions (Kumari et al. 2021). On the other hand, the traditional form of teaching methods does not allow the students to get the necessary attention they need.

Saves time
It also helps to save time for both the tutor and the students. They do not need to travel to the institutes and use the time for teaching more topics. Online learning also helps the teachers to teach concisely and over only the important topics in a short period.

Innovative
Traditional learning refers to the technique of teaching, where the physical mode of teaching is practised. This form of learning can prove to be helpful but also have certain disadvantages as no form of innovation is found in the teaching methods. Therefore, the ancient learning experience can prove to be monotonous and not so helpful. On the other hand, online teaching methods can be innovative and advanced (Sharma and Bumb 2021). The teachers can make use of different updated technologies to make the teaching process better. This will allow keeping the students more engaged with the courses.

Easy selection of subjects
The online forms of learning can help the students to have a better opportunity of selecting the subjects they like. The choice can be made irrespective of the time and price that would be needed for the classes if conducted through the traditional ways.

The online form of remote learning can help the institutes to invite experts and guest lecturers (Sharma and Bumb 2021). This is possible due to the remote ways and the advanced technologies, which allows the scholars to interact with the students without the hindrances such as time and distance.

Cost-effective
In the traditional methods of learning, the students need to spend a lot of necessary expenses, which would not be required through the online classes. The students can save the travel cost, which would be needed for travelling to the institute in traditional learning (Sharma and Bumb 2021). The expense of the classes and school is also low, as the schools can save up the money for electricity and lunch. The teachers also get the advantage of receiving higher pay. This is mostly due to the online platform pf teaching, which allows the tutors to earn more money for themselves.

Conclusion
Online education is primarily developed to ensure that individuals can effectively manage the time through which there can be a huge number of benefits. They are equally helpful in providing job placements to individuals. However, the students might not concentrate in the classes for which they might not gain higher marks. There are many forms of challenges that the online classes may have, such as exhausting time and nullified group communications. This way, the students will not be able to concentrate, and the teaching staff will lose motivation. The offline classes have huge operational and running costs, which are not needed in the case of the online classes.
