Lucid charts should be used for managing the data-driven operations, which may help to deploy the project of IoT sensors. The "To-be" mapping process also incorporates the enhancement of the visibility of the KFC business model and store networks through the operational processes. Through casting better data insights and maintaining the streamlined flow, the visibility of the store network should be increased, which may help KFC Australia to increase its operational efficiency.
