In this case, a professional requires working with complex and routine procedures in the laboratory as per established standards for urinalysis, blood bank, haematology, and chemistry.

Different types of haematological analysis can only help in interpreting test results to colleagues effectively. However, before that, knowledge, training, and degree regarding working in management processes are essential to work effectively in working on a national and regional basis (Milinkovi?et al. 2018). Quality control is an essential part of managing the entire process of actions in the laboratory. Most importantly, inventory and maintaining laboratory equipment are other critical parts of managing business effectively.

Conclusion
In conclusion, professional skill is required in working in a laboratory on the basis of biomedical science. For example, biomedicine comes with theoretical concepts and frameworks including scientific orientation, clinical orientation, and specialisation model. Along with that, it is also essential for professionals in biomedicine to take care of ethical considerations in managing entire business approaches and going beyond issues regarding empiricism of science. It is worth noting that different fields of biomedical sciences include haematology, molecular, and immunology that require developing skills of operating activities in a laboratory effectively.
